Now entering its second generation, Universal Time Equipment Company has evolved into one of the largest electronic systems contractors in all of Texas.  Founded on August 1, 1969, Howard DeOrnellas started Universal Time Equipment Company from his garage servicing the time recorder business with a single line of product.  We now have expanded to more than twenty product lines and thirty employees.

Universal Time Equipment Company is a licensed fire alarm installer in Texas.  We also are licensed as Texas security services contractors.  Our company is an active member of the Texas Fire Alarm Association and National Fire Protection Association.
